HUGE!
This week has been a huge accomplishment for me. The weight loss was good, 1.2 pounds, but more than that, I tracked every single day. Not only did I track every single day, but I tracked every meal. Not only did I track every meal, but I tracked every single thing that went in my mouth. In the past, I was lucky if I tracked 1-2 days per week. Even then, it wouldn’t be complete because I wouldn’t track the chocolate I took from the care coordinators office or sometimes I’d have a second helping and not track that. I’m so proud of myself for doing my job to take care of myself this week. I even took time to track when I was having an extremely stressful week with work and family.
At Weight Watchers, we talk about doing one small thing (OST) each week. Last week, my OST was tracking. This week my OST is going to be trying harder to get in at least a small something for breakfast. My problem is that I cannot eat right away in the morning. I just do not like eating before I have my coffee. If I wait until after my coffee is gone, then I’m so busy at work that the time has slipped away and it’s 11:45. So this week, I’m going to try to eat some yogurt or fruit or yogurt and fruit. Or something. We’ll see how it goes.
I’m going to measure myself monthly, so I won’t have those results for a few more weeks.

I’m so sorry I never commented! I read your post on my phone last weekend, but my husband was out of town and I never got around to getting on my computer to comment.
I love what you wrote and the idea of changing OST. The small things really do add up. Great job tracking and great progress! I hope this was another great week for you!
