I really love Mitch Albom and his newest book, Have a Little Faith, really resonated with me. I can’t quote from it because the book was loaned to me and I gave it back. There is a passage from his book, For One More Day, that really hit me:
“Have you ever lost someone you love and wanted one more conversation, one more chance to make up for the time when you thought they would be here forever? If so, then you know you can go your whole life collecting days, and none will outweigh the one you wish you had back.”
I think you can understand why it struck a chord with me.
