So, yeah. Ashley got engaged this weekend. He took her out to dinner and while at dinner, the people from the restaurant at the hotel put rose petals leading up to her room and decorated the room for him. When they got there and she walked in, he called her name and when she turned around and he presented her with the ring. By the way, that was a reenactment. Ashley had no clue what was going to happen. She just knew that they were going out for dinner and to a hotel. I think it may have been their dating anniversary or something.
She’s so happy. I’m so happy for her. Isabelle says, “I’m okay with it…I get to be a flower girl!”
I’m going to be a mother-in-law. For some reason, that makes me feel older than being a grandmother.
