Hon, I’m so very, very sorry. My father died 12 years ago this month. I can tell you, from experience, that your husbands pain over his Dad’s death will ALWAYS be there. It will never go away. But with time, the frequency of the pain will diminish because life goes on, you know? Just give him time and lots, lots, lots of love.
