Sunday was Isabelle’s birthday. We got her a bike. She LOVED it! I have no editing capability with .mov files because I don’t have Quicktime, but if you listen really hard, you can hear her say “What is it?!” after she has it all the way open.
And here’s her first bike ride. By the way, she’s very “into the training wheels”, they are “her thing”.
(The second video was uploaded to Facebook because Flickr doesn’t allow longer than 90 second videos. Even if you have a pro account like I do. Facebook allows 20 minute videos for anyone. Go figure.)
She got other stuff, too. Some Barbie stuff, some clothes, computer game and some cash. That stuff was just today from us and my Mom and my brother. We celebrated her birthday with Jason’s clan last weekend. She had a haul then, too. Nobody really loves her much. 
Her new phrases today were “that’s not my thing” or “these are my things–I talk a lot, I play a lot and I watch TV a lot” or “I’m not into [whatever]” or “I’m into [whatever]“. What a goofball! Where do they get this stuff?
My BIL and SIL picked her up from our house and she will spend the week with them so that she can attend a day camp with their daughter (her bestest friend) at the Science Museum. It’s a Dino Dig. Her first camp. She is growing up way too fast. She’s 6 now! When I started this blog, she was 2. Holy shit!
She’s six now!? Holy crap, where does time go?
I like how she said, “It’s not a holding thing, Michael.” hahaha (I think the name was Michael.)
