I have been awarded another award. Angel, who is a rather new reader of mine, awarded it to me. That gave me warm fuzzies. A lot of the time, I really don’t feel worthy of these things. I am not just saying that, either. I really can be snarky, mean and crabby. Ask any one of my family members. 
I guess I just must keep it to a minimum here. I don’t know why I am trying to convince you all that I am a horrible person. I should just say thank you gracefully. So thank you, Angel, in my most gracious voice. I really am honored, touched and appreciative.

Now I get to pick seven of my bliends. This part is always hard. I hate it because I am afraid I will hurt someone’s feelings by not choosing them. When I thought about it and read and re-read the definition, these are the people that I came up with. Some of them have talked me through pain and despair. Some have been there when I just needed a friend, in one case, actually spending an entire long weekend with me when I needed to get away. Others still have offered encouragement and laughter and maybe even a place to run away to if my life gets to be just too much. And in some cases, they are just an inspiration. If I didn’t list you, please don’t take it to mean that you aren’t these things to me. I have told you on many occasions, if it weren’t for ALL of you, there were some days that I wouldn’t have been able to go on. And Fab, I didn’t nominate you for 2 reasons, because God knows you have been there for me when I am sure you just wished I would go away, and those 2 reasons are that 1) you threatened me with bodily harm and fines if I ever nominated you for one of these things and 2) you were already nominated by Angel.
