Sam’s games today are at 8am and 11am. After they are done, since we didn’t get there yesterday, we are going to go to Ikea. And get our table. And maybe some other things. If we, once again, don’t make it to Ikea, we will be doing more housework and yard work. Did I ever tell you how much I hate housework and yard work? How I hate to be hot? When I am doing housework, I sweat a lot. I hate that beyond words. Working in the yard at this time of the year is just plain hot anyway. I try to avoid it if I can. Unfortunately, there is no avoiding all this shit that needs to be done. Damn it!
Somewhere in all of the chaos of this weekend, I will be writing up the birthday gift posts that will start tomorrow. I probably will feature a couple bloggers’ gifts per day. As of right this very minute, 12:34 Saturday morning, I have 13 virtual gifts. I think that is totally awesome. I am, however, going to extend the time until 10:00 (central) tonight. I have been asked for this extension by a couple of bloggers and I am not going to have much time to work on them today anyway so I said okay.
