I am posting some pictures of the creatures who live in my neighborhood (and by that I mean in my garage and on my window–at times anyway). In my neighbor hood, in my neeeiighborhood. You know they’re the creatures that you meet when you are walking down the street. They’re the creatures that you meet each day. Wait, where was I? Oh yeah. Creatures. In my garage and on my window.
The first ones are of my friend Chip. The picture in that previous post is of another chipmunk. My Chip is so much cuter. He is so damned cute, in fact, that I don’t even mind that he lives in my garage. The first picture is of some milk jugs we had in the recycling bin in the garage. He crawled in there and then I was able to coax him out a little with some sunflower seeds. He peeked out at me and then he fell out, scurried out of the bag and jumped down on my feet and I screamed and he ran away. Quite a sight, I would guess, judging by the laughter coming from my husband.

The next one is of him peeking over the edge of the sidewalk to see if I put out some seeds for him. I had…

So, he creeped up and chewed the shells off in the cutest little rotating way and then he stuffed the nuts inside his mouth.
See you can see his cheeks all full in this picture…

Then, I have one last photo and this one is one that I took in that storm this past weekend. I went down to check the weather out the front door, but before I could open it, I saw this cute little creature. He was just sitting there, trying to get out of the storm and maybe have a little late night snack of some bugs that were there to get out of the storm, too.

Now weren’t those some cute pictures?
I will be by to visit y’all soon. Promise.

Yes, they were very cute. The bottom one is frog porn. Seriously, it’s like spread eagle frog on window.
If I had a nickel for every time I had nuts stuffed in my mouth…
Hi Chip! He’s so cute. My aunt used to have two chipmunks as pets. All we have here are wild Iguanas.
You & Fab need to make a rap audio to post with your singing today & his poetry… Cute critters!
How adorable…as long as they stay out-side!

Very cute neighbors you have there! I have to go do something LOUD and CLANGY in order to remove the People in my Neighborhood song from my brain.

I’ve got squirrels that climb the fire escape and sit on the window ledge. Interesting to observe but I definitely don’t want one to get inside!
As i live in Australia i have never seen chipmunk, they are soo cute! Great photography!
