Perfection Deserves Distinction

Pup?! Oh, Pup, where arrrrre you? I miss you, girlfriend, sistah, my homey. Okay, the “homey” was going a little too far. I do miss you though. I hope everything is okay. This is my last day for stalking her, so if you all could go over and say hello to her, I would be much obliged. Just call me Laura Ingalls Wilder or the name of someone else who talks like that. Now on to another blogger who may be stalked sometime soon. Hmmm…Might I be on to something?

Perfection…

Once in awhile, in this blogging world, you run across a post that just hits you the right way, is very well written or is just, well, perfect. I read one of these this past month and, maybe because we have had a lot of the same life experiences, it just struck a chord with me. It was well written, emotional and she really hit the nail on the head. Besides all that, she is a very beautiful, kind, caring, wonderful person, inside and out. I am talking about my dear friend, KDubs, and her post titled, Go Backwards? I Think Not.

As soon as I read it, I contacted Lindsay, of Suburban Turmoil, who, along with MommaK, of Petroville, is behind the phenomenon known as the Perfect Post awards. I wanted to know how to nominate Dubs for this award because I surely thought that it needed some recognition in some way. I am very happy that Lindsay and MommaK provide this vehicle for us to use to show appreciation for our fellow bloggers and the works that they put out there.

So thank you, Lindsay and MommaK. And thank you KDubs for a beautiful post. It went right to my heart. Everyone, please go over and read the list of other awardees and maybe take a look at the posts that they were nominated for. There are some very worthy writers in this blogosphere where our own blogs reside. It is a good chance to get to know your virtual neighbors.
