Just so you guys know, I must really love you and trust you because I really hate this picture!
This picture was taken at Christmas time. It is me and Isabelle at a gingerbread house construction party. It was a blast. I hope that I never look like this again.
When I am done losing weight, I hope to look more like this next picture. A little older and wiser, perhaps, but roughly the same weight. I am about half way to my goal right now.
This is me and my Dad. Isn’t he handsome? Obviously, it was taken on my wedding day, nearly 16 years ago. I don’t think I look much different now. Except the added weight, of course, but I am working on that.
So, if you can picture me looking somewhere between these two pictures, that is what I look like now. I wish I had a good current picture of me. I don’t, but I will leave you with this one. I am the one on the left. I even knew how to work it then.
The other two are my cousins, Deb (center) and Tammy. We loved our “jeanie jammies” and wore them everytime we had a sleep-over.

Come on, sis. You are beautiful regardless. If you had a hairly back, a handlebar mustache, and a mohawk we wouldn’t love you any less.
I remember that sleep-over. You brats kept the whole house up with your giggling and high pitched yelps!
You’ve always been beautiful regardless of what you weigh. You inner beauty always shines through. All of these pictures are part of the transition of who you will be. (How Zen is that?)
You are very pretty. All the best with the weight loss.
Thanks for sharing and best wishes with the weight loss. DH and I are doing Weight Watchers together. It’s truly who you are inside that means the most. Take care!
My WW is up also.
I think every one of them is adorable and your Dad totally looks like Clark Gable or something! Best of luck–I’m in that battle too and not having as much success as you are. I think I may cut out all refined foods and sugar and give that a go. Something HAS to get me back on the right path, right?
I’m so proud of your weight loss
It’s such a struggle
I know, I’m still struggling.
You look great and those pictures…..wow. girl.
I love that wedding picture. You’re Dad was very handsome. And that’s why you’re such a hottie!
Hang in there babe; you’ll make your goal. I have faith. xo
Are you kidding me? You’re beautiful in the gingerbread party photo!!! Don’t belittle yourself!! And a lovely wedding photo. You father looks so dapper!!! And the girls…well, children are always so precious.
Love ‘em all.
My W W is posted
Keep up the good work.
Mine is up too.
That is a cute picture of you & Isabelle at the gingerhouse making party. Now that had to be a blast!
Good luck with your weight loss goals. I fizzled recently but my inner being keeps nagging at me to get back on track.
I enjoyed all the pictures! And your Father was sooooo handsome!!!! the one of you and your cousins was so cute!!! Shelli you are a beautiful person no matter what you weigh!
Ah, I love the pics old & new
Have A Great Day!!
Nice pics. We can tell by the look on his face that you were daddy’s girl!
Now tell me, who looks the same as they did sixteen years ago??? LOL! Actually, I’m much happier now. I wouldn’t mind being in the kind of physical condition I was in back then, but I’ll keep my current head.
Thank you for sharing your pictures. I think that you are such a beautiful person..one of the sweetest that I know. I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you get to the place that makes you happy.
Your wedding picture is amazing..they were right about the Gone with The Wind reference…
